the area range betwen 345-360k maximun, none of them has been sold for 380k, but what it bothers me more is that is our own broker the one that rather than negociate a price is asking for a second appraisal.Can she do that? Who she is really representing? and No we never had a appraisal contigency and we are already in day 21, that was our waiting period
