I tell my clients to get the police reports. I also tell my clients to drive around the proposed neighborhood a couple of times at different hours of the day.

How about the houses here in this new development, is it worth the money?

Robert is correct just call that local police dept they will e- mail you a report. Just had a client that did the same thing and they were happy they did!

Hi Firstimer. Agents are not allowed to give their opinion regarding the safety of a neighborhood. You can try talking with neighbors, looking for statstics on the web and going to the local police department. These strategies are likely to give you a good feel for whether or not you will be happy there.
