The underwritters are checking and double checking....
I have heard that some lenders are letting go of underwritters, if the underwritters have 3 loans that default.
To make a long story short, the lenders are aware of rapid scores and are checking towards the end of the transaction....
Rapid scores are a temporary band-aid.

I believe the answer is yes. Rapid rescores provide a few suggestions to get borrowers credit good enough to close escrow. A good mortgage? probably not but hey as long as we close escrow it's good right?
