Sun City, AZ - 2B 2B House under $80,000 - Are you out there ?
Looking for a home in Sun City, AZ that I can afford. Condo fees are probably high, so a separate house is the way to go I believe. Do not have alot of money so I am looking at a possible fixer. Are there any out there in Sun City that may fit these requirements. I am not an investor, speculator, etc, but instead looking for myself.
There are single-family detached homes available in Sun City, just not at that price level. If you're looking to stay at $80,000 or under you're looking at one of the attached single-level townhouses.
I did find a 2 bed, 2 bath for $87,900 ... bank-owned, but looks like it may be in okay shape.
I'm attaching a link to a Sun City search. Go to the top, change "beds" to 2+ and it will show you the 20 least expensive homes in Sun City. There's not a field to sort out detached homes from the condos - I've got the designers working on it.
Even with that, though, you'll be able to change the criteria yourself and see what's available on the market.
There are homes in Sun City available.,If you would like I could start searching for that type of home. Let me know and I will be happy to start the search. There are some areas that don't have high HOA fees.
