Pleasanton has a wide range of neighborhoods available at many different price points. Typically they can be differentiated by age, lot size, ammenities (community pools, etc), access to schools, commute accessibility, and style.

You can search neighborhoods in Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Blackhawk, Alamo, and Livermore as well. You can get background information on each neighborhood, search available listings in each neighborhood, and see an interactive map of all of the neighborhoods in each city.

Also, because of the age range you will be limited to some of the smaller communities because a majority of Pleasanton in that range was built in the 60’s & 70’s.

Country Fair is located very close to 680 and has a great central location within Pleasanton as well.
There is a great neighborhood called Vintage Hills that has great schools and can be very close to 680 through Bernal Ave.
