Hi Tom, the best way to go about this is to go down to the planning dept and check for yourself. Don't ask your agent, a friend, or a contractor.
Find this out for yourself. This is the kind of thing you don't want to be a 3rd party conversation because something alwasy gets lost in the translation. If they planning dept says yes, write down the name of the person you spoke with.
