Are there any investors out that that bought houses in Lehigh Acres during the boom that are now just trying to get rid of them? I am still looking for a nice house with in the 20-30,000.00 price range that is NOT bank owned. Possible seller financing or private lending needed to obtain due to current mortgage holder being a pain and raising everything to where I can not afford it any more. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Tara, it is hard to find an investors, who will sell the house for that price. They called Investors for a reason, they are in the market of making money. If I understand correctly you have a house now, you may try to talk to your mortgage company about Obama's bailout for homeowner's plan that may reduce your monthly payments. Also, there is also a possibility of a short sale, that will possibly allow you to purchase new house in about 3 yr. If you would like to get more info please call me 239-344-6462.
