I recently helped a woman in the same situation and every case can be greatly different. Give me a call when you have the opportunity and I will be able to steer you in the correct direction. Before you spend a penny on credit repair give me a ring. Alot of individuals in that line of work do questionable work and rob people of alot of hard earned money. I've been using the same person for years. She will be able to tell you straight forward of what your limitations you may have. I can help if you let me.

With a good payment history since 2009 you are most likely in good shape to move forward. You should contact a mortgage lender and look at moving forward before interest rise any further! Best of luck to you.

Please call me and I will recommend a credit repair agency. That is your best option right now. The medical debts will continue to be sold from one collection company to another, essentially renewing the debt each time. There are qualified companies who can direct you how to get this under control.

Hate em or like em, credit scores are here to stay for now. However, there is more to underwriting than a credit score. Generally speaking, credit underwriting involves a few "C's":
Character: Acting in good faith and trust to repay a debt; ability to manage finances.
Capital: Sufficient funds to close; backup funds for problems down the road; underwriting ratios.
Capacity: Ability to repay; how have you paid others; more underwriting ratios!
Collateral: Loan-to-Value ratio; appraised value of asset; survey; analysis of asset.
Sound like Greek? In my opinion you need a team of experts to help with your frustrations. Contact me and start on the road to home ownership.
