That unit shows (in the public tax records) that it sold for just over $23 Million in 2005. This same sale it also attached to several other units at the same address. In addition, (per the public tax records) there is a loan attached to all of the same units of $405+ Million. These units may be part of a securititized package loan or some other credit instrument.

There have been no sales at that address in the past 5 months.
