So what is going on with the sub divsion, Grand Peninsula? Im thinking of buying a home in that area.

Both these communities are pretty close in terms of quality and overall location.
I believe prices have dipped a little in both since original purchases.
Of course we all want values to go up, but we really can't predict the future.
Who would have dreamed about the $8000 tax credit just a year or two ago?

They are both very comparable communities with similar amenities and price points. I think you should probably go by the home itself in this case.
