Hi Darkhorse,
This information could also appear in the Preliminary Title Report or the Natural Hazard Disclosure (NHD). If the NHD is being provided by Disclosure Source, take a look at the Tax Summary Page. Keep in mind that the taxes most likely will be based on the previouse purchase price. Since your in contract these would apply and so would the prevoise answer. The difference is being in contract. While you can still go to the San Joaquin County web site, this would have been a good place to go prior to making the offer. Mello-roos can add to the monthly payment and many times if these areas are avoided you can purchase more home. Because it doesent impact your payment and qualification, make sure to share right a way with your mortgage lender, epecially if you have purchased at the very top qualified purchase price.
