Actually, I differ with that post below, as I am convinced that my service keeps my clients loyal to me. If I can "fire" a client, I feel they should be able to fire me. If I don't do a good job (though I always do and my testimonials on my website confirm that), then if they don't want to work with me, I'm not interested in either having them delay getting a home because we can't work together or have to pursue litigation to get the commission. I have a huge referral base, because I serve my clients because I love my job -- ot because they're forced to work with me. There's a lot of teamwork that must be involved, and if we're at odds, what's the point. Most of my colleagues don't either at our office/.
I'd be happy to discuss with you. I am an award-winning agent, and if I may say so, I fall in love with my clients (well, 99%) and they love working with me. I don't remember the last time someone switched from using me when they saw how dedicated I am to my clients needs and we started working together.
