A new community coming to the area is Grandview of Roxborough which features fully deeded luxury residences. It is a four story building containing one, two and three bedroom homes that will sit facing the Mountains. A very lovely location with rer-construction pricing starting in the high 300's. If you would like more information or want to go for a visit, please feel free to contract me at 303-995-8107 or liz.leutwyler@comcast.net.

Our favorite senior rental complex is Lincoln Meadows. It is actually in Parker, by the Wildlife Experience, but it is very close to Highlands Ranch. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the food is fabulous. The staff is friendly and obviously happy in their work environment. This is strictly rental with no ownership, so there is no hefty deposit as in ownership scenarios. Go for a visit. They will give you a free meal and be happy to show you their facilities!
They have movie nights on Friday and Sat. with current movies on one night and old classics on the other (complete with popcorn)
They serve warm chocolate chip cookies in the afternoons.
There is a well-stocked library and a computer center.
Garages are available for rent, also.

If you want ownership, there is a group of active adult home in The Villages, Glen Eagles Village, etc. These are on the east side, close to Quebec in the zip code of 80130.

For senior "dormitory" living with ownership, there is the Erickson Center on the west side and the V near 470 and University.

A nice Over 55 community being built is Verona, on the west side of Highlands Ranch.

Wind Crest in Highlands Ranch is a wonderful option. If you have specific questions about this area I would be happy to meetup for a quick coffee and chat! This place is right down the street from my house.
