I was dealing with Mega Real Estate Services. I made an offer for a property with required cashier's check,
which was cashed by the seller (HSBC Mortgages), but offer never accepted. Now a month later, still cannot get my check back!

Dear Home Buyer,

I would recommend speaking with a real estate attorney. We have a great attorney on our preferred partner list, her name is Susan Brotman #561-338-0906. As an agent that is the best advice I can give when it comes to an escrow dispute. I would also recommend if you are in need of any further real esate services to go with a well known company.

Good Luck,

Contact the broker/owner of Mega and advise that no offer was ever accepted and you wish to cancel your offer (if you havent already). They have to give you your funds back. If not, you ask the broker to file an escrow dispute with whoever the escrow agent is listed on the contract. Good luck and let me know if you need any further assistance.
