Are there any seller financing CHEAP homes in Lehigh? I am still looking for a house but I want to keep my payment as low as possible.
You Know I think most of the cheap homes are bank owned and that is the problem. But I believe there is still private money out there if you get a good local mortgage broker . Thats what I have done in the past and I have a bankruptcy. I have bought and refinanced 2 homes since then. Now I am going to try to buy again In Dalton Ga or Mansfield OH. You will need a little money down though and the interest rate will be higher but I think its worth it with the price of thoes homes now! Go online and search for a local mortgage broker and have a chat by phone. Then you will be able to understand what you need to do... good luck... Missy
Hi Tara, yes sometimes sellers will finance for you but you need to find a good agent or go to FSBO sites to find. I have bought many homes in the past this way and had no problems. However saying that, it can be dangerous to have seller financing if you use a contract for deed instead of a warranty Deed. be sure you research all avenues and good luck. PS I think the first answer you received was very rude!
Tara- Why do you need Seller financing?
You do not qualify for an FHA loan?
3.5% down?
If you want to keep your payment low consider a Temporary Interest rate Buydown.
