There are definatly units to fit your criteria, however the area of Miami Beach is large and this purchase amount will get you a very different condo in different locations along the beach, and even a little off of the beach.
South Beach is not going to give you an actual oceanfront unit, you will need to go a little further north to Millionaires Row. There would be some bayfront areas in South Beach that would qualify.
You will see the most abundant options for oceanfront property as you go further north on the beach. I would be glad to discuss your exact location preference and specific needs such as what amenities you require and if the buiding needs to be pet friendly.
I have included on the link below the true listings on the MLS that match your criteria, up to 425,000. Many properties you will see on websites, even here on Trulia, are forecloses that are not yet on the market and may never be. And many listings are just outdated and have been sold.

As you have seen so far, there are many agents that are more than willing to assist you in your search for a property on our lovely Miami Beach. There is a lot to consider when purchasing a property here in Miami, such as the features you seek in a building, the location on the beach, be it north or south. You can have a building that is ocean front, yet the view from the unit may not actually have a view of the ocean, so this will also determine what may fall within your search perameters. If this is this is to be for investment purposes you will want to ensure that the buildings condo rules allow for renting, each building does have it's own rules and regulations when it comes to renting. If you will need financing, you will need to ensure that the building is approved for financing, otherwise you may have to place a minimum of 30% as a downpayment. As you can see, there many things to consider when looking to make your purchase and you will wish to ensure that you are working with a Realtor that knows how to ask you all the appropriate questions.
