Seattle realtor with property management experience

We are exploring to buy nearly new homes in Seattle with best-rentals-for-buck. Any realtors with property management experience? Specifically this professional should be able to advise us about all buyer's expenses as well owner's & tenants expenses and help us pick the best locations based on the real-estate fundamentals agreed upon by our investment team. I have investor clients all over the world who are doing what you are. I just closed on a $1M house that my client has never seen and am renting it until they decide to come to the states. It can be done if you do it right.

Hi Taza,

I have a lot of experience and special training in working with investors and analyzing properties. You are going to want a real estate broker who can help you find and analyze the properties and I am well versed in that.

Then you want a different professional who manages rental properties. They are two entirely different business models. In my Keller Williams office, we have an outstanding property manager who has been managing properties for over 30 years and I am happy to refer you to him.

Good idea to come here. I could brag like everyone else, but that is easy to do. I owe 3 properties myself & have been a Real Estate Broker for 15 years & a lender for 5 years. I also work with a lot of investors as well. I lived in Seattle for 10 years & now have lived just outside the city for 15 years & know the area pretty well

I would suggest, that as investor, you Google every agent that responds to your question here on Trulia, learn as much as you can about who they are online, read their client testimonials, so you know what their clients are saying about them, and then give us each a call and just ask us why we think you should work with us instead of another agent. This will take you a little while to do, but will be time well spent, as choosing the right agent is the first step towards choosing the investment property. Then, pick the best fit for you and let them go to work for you with the skill and knowledge that they have. I hope to hear from you soon.
