Hi Michael-
That particular property does not meet the full search criteria that you provided. Specifically, one of the search criteria is building area between 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft. The sq ft for this property was not provided by the listing source so it doesn't meet this particular search requirement.
If you remove the sq ft requirement, the listing is included in the search results.

Thanks Vicky, at least your answer was more on point than the others. However, the house that was missing was one I found and can still found on Trulia - see the links that I pit in my post.Iits not actually mine but one I am slightly interested in. The point was that even though it met all the criteria of my search that I set up, it did not show in the results of that search.
Hi Michael,
This is Vicky from Trulia. You should ask your agent if he/she has submitted your listing to trulia or if he works with a broker who submits their feed automatically. If your agent does not do any of the above, your listing will not appear on trulia.
Hope that helps
vicky
Trulia is not the most reliable way to do a search for homes. You could miss on hundreds of homes on the market. Individual agents have to enter their listings and upload photos. Over 80% of them don't use it.
Your best public site is Realtor.com or I welcome you to use my site to do searches. I will be happy to send you a list of available homes meeting your criteria too. Feel free to contact me directy.
