Hi,

I see a few decent one-bedroom ~900 sq ft apartments in Scarsdale Chateaux for around $250-300K. Few questions:

1) Opinion on Scarsdale Chateaux? How does the new parking garage affect the value of the Coops? I thought most residents opposed to garage buildout due to their concerns about the increased traffic and blocked views?

2) Why are the Coops in this gated community relatively cheap considering it's in Scarsdale village?

3) What's the downpayment requirement?
