Asked by Craig Hindes, Denver, CO Sat Jul 28, 2012

Save A Child Housing Authority of Denver Colorado has hundreds of homes for immediate release to moderate to low income buyers at huge discounts. These homes are priced from $250,000 down to $10,000.00. Sizes from the very large, 5 to 6 bedrooms down to 2 bedrooms. All homes are rehabbed prior to purchase. Prices are determined according the the buyers income. They accept Credit scores as low as 525. Buyers must have a job and the ability to make payments. This is NOT rent to own, this is a home purchase program designed to allow moderate to low income buyers a chance to purchase a nice home at a very affordable price. All we need is buyers. They also pay Brokers that bring buyers. This is NOT a bid process. Real Homes for Real Buyers at Real Discounts. Program buyers can purchase homes without competition from investors or other buyers. Good morning Mr. Hindes,

It is me, Mary, I am excited about your program. The enthusiasm from the community gives me a very warm feeling of welcome. It seems as though there are so many people ready to pick up the pieces, start a new, or redirect to a better path. For me my goal is to pick up the pieces and redirect to a better path. Thank you, Mr. Hindes, for your encouragement and motivation. You and your team have been a blessing.

Craig, are your 990s, annual reports, etc. available anywhere? Are you a 501(c)(3) charity?

WE are a 501c3 with a housing authority charter. http://www.sachaus.com, I am the Broker for the Save A Child Group. I am sure these items you have asked about are available, why do you require them?

Hi Craig,

The program sounds awesome! How do we find these homes? Are they listed on MLS? I have at least 10 buyers right now who would love to have an opportunity like this. Please call me or email with details.

Is this a new program? I have not heard of it. Is it similar to the NSP program? If you have a website we can go to for more info I would appreciate it. My email is robertmcguire33@gmail.com

Hi,

This is a great program to know about! I have a client who is currently on disability due to an almost deadly motorcycle accident. At this time, he would like to buy a home that is ADA or be able to remodel it to fits his needs. He needs help understanding his options, if any, to buy a home using the disability check counting as income. Do you have any ideas or thoughts on what I can recommend?

Thanks,
