I thank everyone that has responded to my questions regarding private financing. Every number and name that I was given I have contacted but I still have no response from any of them. I am still looking for a private lender or for a property in Lehigh Acres that can be seller financed. I appreciate any help that anyone out there can give me.

Private lenders require a 30- 35% down payment. Is this something you are prepared to do? If so please give me a call below. Also remember if you put down that type of money it may be better to put the loan into a family members name as an investment loan then add you to the title until your credit is better.
