The last rental unit showing in MLS as "rented" on Royal Lake Drive was lasst October. It rented for $1,600. As you probably know, the rental market has been very strong, so it's been a great time for investors.
We work with several loan officers who will pre-qualify you at no cost, if have not yet taken that step. I would be happy to send you their information.

All the best,
the rental income will depend as there are a few variables to consider but to give you a ball park from other similar rented units in the complex it could be 1500-1800 (there was a recent 3bdr rental for 1600 as well as a 2bd for for 1750). Talk to your buyer's agent to assist you with the purchase and rental, if you do not have one talk to a few, it does not cost you anything, and pick on that you like. If we can be of assistance let us know
There are many factors that go into determining the market rental. The condition of the property and upgrades done etc. Have your Realtor look at the property and give their opinion. If you don't have a Realtor, I'd be happy to help.
