Asked by Maira Ayala, Arlington, TX Fri Jun 21, 2013

Is rent to own possible in the state of Texas?
If it is; how do I go about doing it?

We do a program called lease with the right to purchase. In this program you can choose to either lease or buy at the agreed upon terms. All properties are in the top 50% of schools and as long as you have good rental history, and can prove purchasing ability we can even work with some credit score issues. Sound good? For further details email at ZyreSullivan@gmail.com or call at 682-558-2648. Im with Century 21 Judge Fite Company in Arlington, TX.

Just remember......you are RENTING until such time as you can qualify for your own loan & then BUY it. Beware of the fine-print! You should get your credit, work history, etc. in good shape so you can qualify for traditional financing & not worry about all the pitfalls of "rent-to-own" as there are many.

Its a program through a private investor and our company Century 21 Judge Fite Co has signed up to be a part of their program. Our agents are going through the training now and it will roll out in the next coupe of weeks.

There is a new program coming to North Texas called Rent With Right To Purchase. It greatly expands the number of homes available to you to pick from. If everything works out the home is purchased and rented to you and every year you are given the opportunity to purchase it at a set price.

You can even build in home improvements to be done before you move in.
