Remember NO DOC loans? Would you use them if available? Do you still get requests from clients for this type of product?

Asked by Ted Esquibel, Austin, TX Tue Mar 5, 2013

Just curious if agents or mortgage brokers currently use any hard money or no doc loans for your Indiana owner occupiers. Are you aware of any programs that are currently available?

If not, we offer a no document program that does not require credit or income verification. If you have a buyer that has a down payment, but is getting turned down due to the property condition, credit issues, or a previous foreclosure we can step in and help them out. We require 35% down to qualify. Please contact me if you have a scenario and we can run the numbers and determine if it's a good fit.
