There are several areas near and in Denver that would be able to meet that need. The closer you get to downtown the more expensive the homes will be priced. The good news is that almost all of the major metro suburbs are within 20 minutes of Denver. I live about as far south west of Denver as you can without starting to look at mountain homes, and I can get downtown in 20 minutes. Not in rush hour traffic but any other time it is no problem. Rush hour is probably 35 minutes.

Hi Kaye, Glad to hear you have home buyers coming this way. We certainly have a lot to choose from in the $300k price range. Depending on personal preference your buyers might think about what type of living they prefer; urban or suburban. In the city it is possible to find a home in that price range, just understand it will be "older" say 30-50 years or more. If they like newer homes the suburbs offer a wide variety of homes. The burbs to check out would be Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield, Littleton. Most are within 20 minutes probably more like 30 minutes, it all depends on what time of day the traveling occurs. Hope this information helps.
