Not much to do in Concord, especially for young children. Big downside is the sewerage treatment plant. Avoid driving home on the highway into Concord at night. It's the worst smell you'll ever experience in your life.

Hi Mary,
I have a home for sale in Concord's west end, near Concord hospital, as you say it's an old and established premium neighborhood full of tree lined streets and beautiful homes but rarely are two alike and they don't look anything like McMansions, my property is a 3-4 bed 2500 sq foot contempary cape, 147 school st concord nh, you can find the listing on realtor.com or nneren.com. Welcome to town and hope to hear from you soon!

Hi Mary! Concord has a variety of executive style homes that may fit your needs. Please give me a call at 603-848-2174 so that we can discuss your "wish list" in more detail. I moved here from out-of-state 10 years ago, and I know how challenging (and exciting!) it can be. I'd love to help you in your search!

Marcella MacKenzie

Hi Mary.. Let me just say that Concord and its surrounding areas have so much to offer, you won't be disappointed. I'd be happy to chat with you and listen to your needs and expectations for just the right home . I've worked with people from out of state before and understand the frustrations and stress that come from trying to work this out from so far away. I will go the extra step to make this transition easy for you the whole way through and can give references if you'd like. Give me a call or an email and let's get started. There is some awesome inventory out there. Are you coming to the area any time soon to start looking?

Our home is in Epsom, NH which is about 10 miles from Concord. If you are looking for total privacy with awesome sunset views, this is the place for you. 3 bedrooms, perennial gardens, ceramic and porcelain tile floors throughout. We love it here. Never thought we would ever consider moving. You can swim in the pool under the starry sky at night, or watch the sunset from the pavillion or one of the decks with a cool drink. This is as close to paradise as I can imagine. What adds to the charm is knowing you are close to major airports and the beach, the mountains, and the lakes. There is a 33 acre pond at the bottom of our driveway for canoeing or fishing. When people come to visit they do not want to leave!

We have a lovely home in Concord NH that is an old estate. It has two guest apartments that we use for visitors. When we don't have guests we rent the apartments to local companies for incoming executives. The property has land that could be developed. Very private in a world of its own but right in Concord.

Hi Mary,
There are a couple of nice upscale neighborhoods, one specifically stands out in my mind just outside of Concord. Prices starting out in the mid 300's. If you would like more information just give me a call or send me a email. I would be happy to put a couple listings together for you.

find an Agent that you are comfortable with and sign a Buyer Agency, this way, you have some else looking out for YOUR best interest. This person makes sure that deadlines, deposits, inspections, are all done in a certain time frame. They make sure that you don't breach a contract.
A Buyer Agency does not usually cost you anything, services are usually paid by the Seller.

Hi Mary,

You may want to start by looking at homes in the area on the web. We cover Concord and surrounding areas (North and South) and our site displays all properties on the market from with additional photos and tours. Try some property seraches on http://www.verani.com and if anything looks interesting put in a request for more information on-line. You'll be surprised at how quickly we respond!
If you would rather have an agent to contact who covers that area - feel free to contact me and I will recommend someone to fit your needs.
Truly,
