This home has been withdrawn from the market. It was also for lease, so I suspect it has been rented. There are numerous homes for sale in Legacy, and I will be happy to send you all of the listings in there, if you would like. There are also a few that the owners would like to sell, but they are upside down on them, and cannot afford to list them with a realtor, unless they go to short sale.

Legacy is a gorgeous community, with most homes being built by Pringle Homes. If you are not familiar with the Pringle Communities, there are several in the area and they are some of the finest retirement communities in the state and in the country. I have information on their various communities and floor plans for most of their standard models, and I could e-mail those to you if you have some favorites.
