Regarding an "AS IS" property, if a person can do all of the repairs needed. Is it required to go?

$203K FHA? If you have someone who can do the proper repairs needed, can the home still be financed "AS IS," for the listed price? Can the home be sold, lived in and repairs done by new owner over a period of time?

Only if you have another way of financing the property. A lender will not loan on it - unless you have the property repaired before the loan gets put into place, or like we mentioned before that the 203K FHA loan would help by having the funds available to do the repairs.
