It means that those appliances are included in the sale; at no cost.

It means that they are conveying title to you at close of escrow ,they usually are sold to you in as-is condition,you might consider getting a home warranty to protect them for 1 year after close of escrow .Good Luck !

It means if you bought the property, they too are yours and if you are selling the property, they will stay with the house when you leave.

This means that the refrigerator,washer/dryer are included in the sales price,however they are usually sold with the property in their as-is condition,it is best to get a home warranty to cover these items

It means the refrigerator, washer and dryer are included in the sale. These items usually are not included in the sale due to the fact they are personal property.

Ron is correct. It means that the refrigerator, washer and dryer are included in the sale. There are many areas where appliances are NOT automatically included in the sale, and in this case they want to reassure you that these three appliances ARE.
