I recommend myself - hahaha! Not really, I don't work in Boulder. I just wanted to stop in and say how great it is that some other 'regular folks' have answered with their experiences of wonderful agents. I just love the internet for things like this.
Besides me, realtors that I LOVE in Boulder are
Julie Meko http://www.juliemeko.com
John MacElveen Re/Max of Boulder
Jay Hebb http://www.buyboulder.com
Tom Kahn http://www.walnutrealty.com
I hope that helps and let me know if you have any other questions.
Kindest Regards,
Jennifer

Hello! I work only with buyers as well. However, I offer what some call "limited services"----but that is in exchange for a large commission rebate to you! If you are an experienced buyer, who knows what they are looking for, check out my site: http://www.ColoradoCommissionRebate.com If you are in need of someone to usher you through each step of the process and/or you need specialized attention getting to know the market, you'd be better off with a traditional full service broker.
Thanks, and all the best.
Tommy, Buyers' Slice Realty
I have some friends who bought a condo downtown in 2003, and their exclusive buyer broker was Norris Minnick, who is part of Buyer Brokers of Boulder. They were very happy with him, and I intend to work with him (or at least that company) when I move back to Boulder start looking for a place seriously in a few months. You can also contact the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA http://www.naeba.org/ ) and use them to find an exclusive buyer agent in the Boulder area.
I'm a licenced Broker serving Boulder County Colorado. I've lived here for over 30 years and understand the various markets and how they have changed and what they have to offer.

I'd love to help! I am Joe Hughes of Borg Real Estate, a locally owned real estate company that has been in Boulder for over 20 years. I am young but very knowledgeable of the local market and my clients are always happy with their purchases! My number is 303.918.8204.
Lydia Waskul with Remax. She is so easy going and no pressure. She has great patience and will do EVERYTHING to get what you want...no matter how many homes she must show you. She is so awesome!!!
Ralph: I am a licensed agent in Boulder, representing both buyers and sellers. I believe I learn a lot about the mindset of sellers by acting as a listing agent. This experience benefits my buyers. I would be happy to put you on an autosearch of the MLS listings so that you could get up to speed on the market without any obligation to a broker. If you just want to call to talk informally, feel free. Jeff Cahn: (303) 499-8882.
Thanks Debbie! I will add Jenny Lane to the list.
Hi Ralph,
Jenny Lane helped us out last year when we had to buy a house in Boulder. She was very personable and listened to us, compared to other agents we had talked to. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I'd use her again. Her phone number is 303-887-3615. I could dig out her website URL too if you're interested. Good luck!
Debbie
