If you paid any HOA dues, the closing attorney will know who they called to get the payment amount and where they sent the check. If you appreciate an answer, please give thumbs up. For the most helpful answer, please say thanks with a best answer click.

If you purchased the home from a seller and not from the bank or as a foreclosure (where they are exempt from disclosures) it would have been listed on the property disclosure statement you signed.

If it is not on there I would contact your Realtor to help you find it out or the closing attorney should have that information since they would have had to verify that the dues were current at the time of closing.

You should speak either to your buyer broker or the closing attorney. It's also likely listed on the second page of your HUD1 near the bottom. You should have received this information a number of times, on the Sellers Disclosures (which if you bought a foreclosure you wouldn't have received), from your attorney and from your agent.

I'll bet dollars to doughnuts that your attorney had included information regarding the HOA in your purchase packet.

Your sales contract would also have that information included too.

If you had a loan originated with the transaction, your loan officer would likely have the HOA information as well.
