Received USDA approval...with one exception.

Government funding. Does anyone know if funding has been approved or if their is any possibility that it wont be? Thanks in advance.

I have closed on several properties under the USDA - Rural Dev. Program. Are you waiting for something specific?

Approvals have gone thru and process took approx 60 days to close.
