You really need to speak to a mortgage rep and get solid answers..........there is not enough information for anyone here to answer your question! If nothing else, a mortgage rep can help put you on the right track to improve your credit.................the income is something you will need to handle.
Stop in your local bank and ask to speak to their loan officer....it's a place to start.
You can also find an agent who can suggest a few names...........Do that first before even thinking of looking at homes!!
