Raintree is a beautiful Townhome/Condo Complex in Culver City. Association Fees are 498.00. It is a lovely area with good security (guard gated). You should stop by and take a look at the Condo Complex and make a decision based on that. Condo's are a common first step for new homeowners. I have a link to Raintree on my website.

Hi Lisa,

I have lived in Culver City for 9 years I and specialize in the area as well. The Overland/Jefferson area features several complexes with full amenities including beautiful grounds, lakes, ponds, swimming pool, sauna, spa, clubhouse, exercise room, and 24 hour guards. While these amenities are wonderful property features, they come with a price. Depending on the complex and the size of the unit, HOA fees can run anywhere from $200 to over $600. You should definitely tour the complexes with a local real estate agent.

There are also other areas within Culver City offering similar amenities (with the exception of the 24 hour guard) with less expensive HOA fees. Contact me for more details!.

Hi there Lisa. This is very close to West LA College. It is regarded as a good Neigborhood. The assocation fees vary , but these condos have $ 360 a month for 2 bed, 2 bath
Many of these properties are Short Sales. There is one real close by for $ 299,000 with $ 304 a month for association fees. Short Sale
