ROI on 50-60000 investment property in Jacksonville Florida.

Asked by anibatulin, Baltimore, MD Tue Feb 18, 2014

Hello, I would like to buy an investment property in Jacksonville Florida for 50-60,000 preferably single house in a good neighborhood (condo and townhouse might also be an option) . What is the highest return on this investment I can have or how much I can rent it for?

You are looking between 8% & 12% Cash on Cash return depending on the location of the investment property. With condos and townhomes taking into account condo fees and HOA fees you are looking around 5% to 7% return. Remeber you said good neighborhoods. You might have to be willing to put some capital inmprovement to fix some of the good deals that are still on the market.

Depends on where you buy. Could be as high as 30% over initial investment. I invest as well. Call me.
