Question about disclosures
I bought a home and on the disclosure sheet the seller marked that there wasn't any flooding in the basement. Less than 30 days after closing it rained and the basement completely flooded. In talking to the neighbors the sellers knew it flooded all the time and that's why they sold it. Is there anything I can do?

I am sure you have legal action against the Seller. You need to talk to a Real Estate Attorney right away. He will be able to advice you on what to do and how to do it.
