Hi Alex,

I completely agree with Kimberly. The first Realtor is From Alabama and not familiar with Trilogy or most likely the La Quinta area. Foreclosures do come up occasionally, but you must be ready to place an offer when you have the opportunity. It is a wonderful 55+ community whose residents are on the more youthful side of the spectrum.

I disagree. There are not ALOT of REO's or foreclosures. In fact, when one comes up, it is snapped up very quickly. These are lovely homes in a great development. There are some Short Sales. If you are of the Short Sale temperment, you might be interested. Overall, at buildout there will be 1200 homes and with that #..most of them completed, the ratio of REO's and Short Sales is not extremely high. I show this development a lot as I think it is a lovely place..

Yes, there a lot if foreclosures and short sales available. If you want to find them call a reputable realtor and ask them to help you. When searching on the web for real estate sales, look under agent remarks for "Right of Redemption may apply" or "Short Sale - all offers subject to bank approval".
