Put a bid on a house $13k over asking, lost to a cash offer. How do I prevent this from happening in the?

good afternoon...........the other offer may well have been lower, but cash is king.as long as you are mortgaging it.....it is something that may not improve unless you hit on a property that is more owner occupant than a cash (possible investment) buyer...best of luck to you.bob mcclure- success mortgage partners- plymouth, michigan......
