Good location if you want a convenient commute to the Medical Center without living in Houston. It's also convenient for couples in which one works in Houston and the other in the Sugarland area. Rodeo Palms has newer homes ranging from entry level homes to very large homes. Some of the lots for the entry level homes are very small, which can be a negative if you want a little more yard. The tax rate is a little higher than some other subdivisions in the area also. Just depends on what you're looking for though. If a slightly older home would work, you could save some money. If you'd prefer something newer, it's worth looking at along with Shadow Creek Ranch, Southfork and Southern Trails. If you'd like more info on Rodeo Palms as compared to other neighborhoods in the area feel free to call or email me.
