The best place to go for around the multnomah area is http://www.multcotax.org. They have press releases and other information that can help. http://www.portlandmaps.com is a good place if you know exactly what property address you are looking at. http://www.co.washington.or.us is good for the Washington County area of the Portland Metro Area and http://www.co.clackamas.or.us is for Clackamas County. You may have to dig a little, but it wont be too hard to find their press releases.
