We do property management and our strengths are:
(i) We have in-house landlord tenant attorney which makes necessary legal proceedings (evictions etc) very efficient.

(ii) We are strong in analysis and reporting because we focus on maximizing cash flow and ROI.

(iii) of course, we will also market your property to tenants, screen them etc.

In your process of researching PM firms, key questions to ask include - who does the legal work if there needs to be an eviction, who does the repair work, what type of reporting and how often you'd get etc....
