Can someone tell me if MLS #5401817 is privately or bank owned? It has been on the market for sometime now with no movement on the price.

I am wondering if it is appropriate to discuss whether or not a property is over-priced or not if the realtor is not representing the buyer's interests. Does anyone have a comment on this?
It is not bank owned but it is way over-priced by about 30k. Let me know if you want to see it.

As Carol pointed out, this property is not bank owned. There were only three other properties sold and one expired in the neighborhood in past year. The highest one sold was for $450K on May 30th. I have no clue where the seller got their comparables information, but it is quite obvious that their listing price was way too high from the beginning. The current asking price of $455K is what the initial asking price should have been and it now nearly reflects what the property should go for.
