430 Root is showing that it's under contract. Asking price was $465,000.
433 Root is active for $419,900.
451 Root is active for $359,000.
452 Root is active, with a recent price change for $429,000

The tax records indicate a sales price of $105,000 was recorded September of 2004. Looks like the cost of the land. A loan followed up the same month for $312,800 with an additional loan of $58,000 in December of 2005. Good Luck.
