Pro's & Con's: Storm Drain in your property

I am first time buyer shopping around for a SFH in Bristow,VA area. I found a great house yesterday, but there is a storm drain in the back yard probably 10-15 feet from the house.
How bad is having a storm drain affect your house ? Should I worry about it or ignore it
Does storm drain affect house value?
