A 2 bedroom, 2 bath north and east facing unit (listed as 1,775 square feet ) on the 45th floor sold last year for $1,100,000 and was the lowest priced sale in the building in the last 12 months. A 47th floor unit facing north sold for $1,250,000 in September 2007.

There is currently only one 2 bedroom in the building on the MLS and it is listed for $1,494,000. It a 2-level unit is on the top floor of the building. Please let me know if I can provide anymore information for you.
