Ojai has a separate Multiple Listing Service. Barry gave only what we get on the Ventura System. See the LINK below for a Market Snapshot (of 43 homes) specific to your inquiry. This link will be good for 30 days. The Ojai area has approx 30 active and 10 Solds in the $600,000 to $6 million range. I have a listing in nearby Oak View on 1/2 an acre, which has a SFR with 2 additional private entrances. It's a Short Sale appraised at $740K a week ago and the Bank may take $550-600K. Are you looking for an investment property or something to live in (or both) ??
