Hi Joey,
Try Propertyshark.com - sign up for a FREE account and then click on the Foreclosure tab on top. Then click on "See Our Current Foreclosure Listings" and then on the Lis Pendens tab. These can be ordered by town so that you can find Great Neck. You will be able to see the plaintiff (bank), plaintiff's attorney, and a description of the home - but NOT the address. If you contact me directly by phone at (516)410-3594 or email at Arlynn@ArlynnPalmer.com, I will research any Lis Pendens in which you are interested and get back to you.
You can also send me your email address and I will be happy to represent you on those Lis Pendens that I am aware of.
Other than working as my client (or working with another REALTOR), your best bet is to constantly check, in person, with the Nassau County Clerk and the Villages of Great Neck.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon and working with you to find your new home,
Regards,
Arlynn
