This home is lived in by the sellers who need to sell it to move to another home.
Most homes for sale would also have the sellers still living there.
For the few homes that are vacant, most sellers will not want to rent them out fearing the tenants will not take good care of their home.
Therefore, when a home owner does decide to rent their home in the country, it is usually grabbed up almost instantly by those who are working with a Realtor who get alerted to a place as soon as it becomes available.
It would be good for you to work with a Realtor who will alert you so you don't get left out.
