By the way ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use a realtor when you buy new. Don't even visit the models without your realtor in tow. Don't negotiate or sign ANYTHING with a builders rep before you take us with you. These days more than ever you want representation on your side. The builders reps are normally nice and friendly, but they are working against you and not for you.
