Hi Jerry,
Citrus Springs in general has no mandatory club fees. As far as public water and sewer there are specific sections that are equiped at this time. Are you looking for a nice community that is not overly restricted that has public water and sewer? If you let me know your needs I can help you to narrow done an area that best suits your life style. My email is bknorman@tampabay.rr.com and my cell # is 352-212-7217.
Thank you,
Becky Norman

Citrus Springs, Florida is a considered one community and is the largest planned development in terms of land area in Citrus County. Many homes have public water, but have septic tanks. There is a voluntary Civic Association you may join for $7.00 per adult per year. Whether you are a member or not, Citrus Springs has a community center facility, library, and tennis court. The Rails to Trails bike path also comes through Citrus Springs.

There are two golf courses in Citrus Springs, El Diablo and the Citrus Springs Country Club that can be joined if you wish, but are not mandatory. You may also join the pool facility in Beverly Hills that is also open to Citrus Springs and other county residents.

Are you talking Citrus Springs the subdivision?? Or Citrus Springs the town of?? If your talking about Citrus Springs the subdivision, most of it is septic tank with the exception of some of the older Northern most developed areas. There are no club fees in Citrus Springs. There is a Civic Association with dues of I belived $25 a year, but it's completely voluntary.

Hope that helps.
